Time: 6:30-8:30 p.m

Date: Tuesdays, September 20th - October 25th ~ 6 week class

Location: Compassionate Communication Center of Ohio - Maynard Avenue Church

Description: Join Janine in exploring embodied practices of the core principles of Living Compassion, as developed by Robert Gonzales.

This class is an opportunity to co-create a community of individuals that will support each other to access the beauty of the life force present in all of us as we bring compassion to our inner life experience. Through embodied exercises we will strengthen our capacity for living life fully, grounded in the present, where our relationship to life is the foundation.

Through guided meditations and small group exercises - with a focus on the spirit of inquiry. Janine will facilitate experiential practices that will guide you to the felt sense of the living energy inherent in needs.

This class is for people who have had in-person training experience with Compassionate-Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and/or with Robert Gonzales' training in Living Compassion

Janine's experience with Compassionate Communication (NVC):
